After 18 days of fantastic and competitive basketball, the 39th Annual Tournament ended with a lot of cheering on Monday night as the Cheerfest wrapped up all the festivities. 

We would like to sincerely thank our sponsors Napoli Motors, Cogguillo Family Dentistry, Filanowski Farms and Bianca Robertson SMS Class of '09 for all of the love and support they show our school.  You believe in our students and we are grateful.

We also want to thank the over 50 teams who came to St. Mary School and supported the tournament.  They did this by happily visiting our full service kitchen, purchasing 50/50 raffle tickets and taking a chance on the beautiful baskets raffle.  We received many compliments on how well run the event is and it was great to see so many alumni and alumni families return to cheer on all the teams.

None of this would be possible without the leadership and commitment of our Chairpeople Diane Downey-Piecota and Dennis Riordan. Thank you for all your do to make this the special event it is. And a huge thank you to all the parents and volunteers who worked hard day and night to make sure their children and those of all the other schools had a memorable time.  Special thanks to Jeff Siegman who returns year after year to help out even though his children have long since graduated.
