'Women of Connecticut' Display at Milford Library March 3-8

In partnership with the CT Women’s Hall of Fame, Milford Library is featuring an exhibit of famous women in Connecticut and their achievements. 

We Fight for Roses, Too: Connecticut Women and the Quest for Equality consists of 20 colorful panels stationed around the Library. 

These panels tell the story of women’s rights in various aspects of our culture, such as economic rights, educational rights, voting rights, and many more.  It is both educational and inspiring. 

You will find that Connecticut leads the way in advancing women’s place in society!  

The exhibit will be featured at Milford Library from March 1 through March 8.   It is free and open to the public.
