Milford, CT—October 29, 2013—The Boys & Girls Club of Milford, Connecticut, experience a great turnout Saturday, October 12 at Pumpkins On The Pier at Walnut Beach! The festival opened at 11AM and culminated with a fireworks display (NEW this year). The fireworks showcase was set off by the talented Atlas Pyro Vision Productions, Inc. of Jaffery, New Hampshire, Gold Medal Winner of the recent 2012 Montreal International Fireworks Competition.

“The Boys & Girls Club would like to send a special thanks to all those who attended Pumpkins on the Pier earlier this month and showed your support for the Club.  It was wonderful to see all of the community support, as well as all of the smiles of those who attended. All proceeds will be put back into the Club so the members can continue to experience new programs and initiatives, as well as welcome new members” said Megan Altomare, Executive Director, Boys & Girls Club of Milford. “A heartfelt thank you to all of the participants, volunteers, sponsors, local organizations and Board members who donated time and funds to make the third annual Pumpkins on the Pier a success!”
