EBP Supply Solutions Adopts Over 60 Families in the Nurturing Families Network of the VNA/SCC

New Haven (November 11, 2012) – John R. Quinn, President & CEO of the Visiting Nurse Association of South Central Connecticut (VNA/SCC) recently announced that EBP Supply Solutions (formerly Eastern Bag & Paper) would be adopting over 60 families in the Nurturing Families Network of the VNA/SCC.

The Nurturing Families Network, a state-funded program available in 16 towns in New Haven County, works in partnership with first-time parents facing the challenges of parenthood by enhancing their strengths, providing education, and creating community connections.

For over 7 years, EBP Supply Solutions has generously provided wrapped gifts for children of these first-time parents, based on the age, gender, and wish list of each child, which the Nurturing Family Network’s Home Visitors deliver to the children within two weeks before Christmas.

Thanks to its dedicated Home Visitors, and through generous support from EBP Supply Solutions, the Nurturing Families Network is able to bring Christmas joy to young children. For more information about this program, please contact Pam Lorenzo, Program Manager & Clinical Supervisor for the Nurturing Families Network, at 203-859-6059 or plorenzo@vnascc.org
