WHY HAS BRUCE KOLOWICZ
RESIGNED?????????This news comes at a time when the local newspapers have gone to bed before the election.Only the Milford Patch is available for one to make comment.
I do not personally know Bruce Kolowicz, I know of him. He is or was one of the chief gears that run this city, and I want to know why this man picks this late hour in our election cycle to resign.
Something is not being said by this gentleman or the Mayor. and we the public deserve an explanation. Mr Kolowicz has worked for too many administrations to be considered a political appointee, so when a man with such tenure resigns in mid stream I believe something has happened in the Mayor's office that should be brought to light before we go to the polls
