Dispute Erupts Over Ownership of Waste Recycling Firm
Gus Curcio Sr. and Darlene Chapdelaine both claim to own Recycling Inc., 990 Naugatuck Avenue.
A legal battle has broken out over the ownership of a waste recycling company that has also been , concluding with legislators representing the city of a proposed recycling facility.
The Milford Mirror reported that Darlene Chapdelaine and Gus Curcio Sr. have both filed legal papers in separate state courthouses in Bridgeport and Milford, each claiming to be the rightful owner of Recycling Inc. at 990 Naugatuck Avenue.
In Bridgeport Superior Court, Curcio claimed he fired Chapdelaine and is attempting to bar her from the property. Chapdelaine filed papers in Milford claiming that she owns the business and has been locked out by Curcio.
